Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
- 10% Cancellation Charges – If cancelled 45 days before arrival.
- 25% Cancellation Charges – If cancelled 30 days before arrival.
- 50% Cancellation Charges – If cancelled 15 days before arrival.
- 100% Cancellation Charges – If cancelled within last 10 days or in case of NO SHOW.
Important Notes
- All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Bank transfer charges (if any) will be borne by the client.
